Longfield Community Hospice Care

What

Hospice supporting people living with a life-limiting condition from diagnosis onwards including carers, family members and bereaved people. Longfield has a Wellbeing Centre offering support through a variety of groups, complementary therapies, and counselling. They also have a team of specialist nurses and HCAs in their Hospice at Home team, supporting people who are in the final weeks of life in their own homes. All their services are free of charge.
