Cancer and palliative care service offering specialist psychological care and information to people living with cancer, up to one year post active cancer treatment at Northwick Park Hospital or within LNWH. To access this service, you must be referred by your health care professional. Speak to your oncologist or clinical nurse specialist if you would like to find out more.

Northwick Park Hospital, London - sessions are offered in person at the hospital, or by videocall or telephone

Who

People who are living with cancer. Friends and loved ones may attend appointments, though there is currently no separate service for them. Referrals to the service are open to any NHS clinician where the individual is receiving cancer care at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust
