Support centre offering free and confidential information and support. Services include counselling, self-help and practical support, courses, workshops and referrals to benefits advice. The centre is open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm. People are advised to call ahead of their planned visit to check opening times and availability. Please see the website for more information.
