Man Down, Padstow – peer support group for men

Peer support group for adult men living with mental health issues. Meet others with shared experiences, attend social events and activities that raise awareness and support men in working through their challenges. The Padstow group is held every other Sunday, 7pm to 9pm. See website for more information.
