Marches Movement – Yoga and Sound Baths for Cancer

Free yoga and sound baths for those living with and beyond cancer. Gentle yoga is offered weekly on Wednesdays, 10.45am to 11.30am, combining movement, breath and relaxation. Sound baths are held on the last Wednesday of the month, 1.30pm to 2.30pm, and aim to provide a relaxing meditative space to unwind and rest. If you have had surgery within the last twelve weeks, check with your healthcare team before attending the yoga class. Book via their website.
