Meadow House Hospice

What

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers specialist palliative and end of life care in the hospice and in people's homes. This includes pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, a lymphoedema service, and spiritual care.
