Charity offering free information, advice and guidance to help people find local support services available to them. Wellbeing Navigators work across Medway and offer personalised help through home visits, face-to-face appointments, telephone or email. Support services they signpost to include befriending, home safety, financial advice, housing, home support and maintenance, shopping, transport, aids and adaptations, and social support.
