What

Mobile lung assessment unit providing health checks and screening services to eligible people. The unit detects abnormalities and lung cancer presence, helping the NHS plan to improve early detection and survival for those diagnosed with cancer. See website for more information.

Where

Operating throughout Greater Manchester, visiting Oldham, Failsworth, Kingsway, Altrincham and the Etihad Stadium

Who

People who are either smokers or ex-smokers aged between 55 and 74 years old in the Greater Manchester area, who have been referred for lung health checks on board the unit. Patients will be invited for a lung health assessment from the NHS letting them know that the unit is in their area
