Dance class for those living with or who have been affected by cancer. Classes are aimed to be gentle, help energising and reconnect with your body and to move freely with a supportive group. Throughout the session you will be guided to move as little or as much as you want to. Dance sessions are 45 mins, followed by 45 mins refreshments and social time. Who

Anyone who has been affected by cancer at any stage: diagnosis, during treatment and in remission. Patient referrals can be made via The Primrose Foundation and The Mustard Tree at Derriford Hospital Plymouth, or by self referral
