My Pilates Fix – Breast Cancer Rehab – Upminster

Pilates based rehabilitation programme supporting people living with and beyond breast cancer. Led by Dr Karen Robb (Chartered Physiotherapist, Body Control Pilates teacher, and Cancer Rehab Specialist), it offers a 30 minute online assessment and consultation, followed by either one to one in person sessions, or a six week course in a small group setting.
