National Research Trial for Familial Pancreatic Cancer and Hereditary Pancreatitis

What

Trial aiming to understand inherited conditions of the pancreas - hereditary pancreatitis (HP) and familial pancreatic cancer (FPC). HP is where there is a family history of pancreatitis and FPC is where there's a family history of pancreatic cancer. People with a family history of pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis can be referred to the study. Those considered at higher risk of developing pancreatic cancer will be offered secondary cancer screening. See website for more information.
