NHS website getting people help online if they have an urgent medical problem and are not sure what to do. The webpage asks people to tell it why they are using the service and then directs the user to where they can find help or further information from the NHS. If a person needs to check whether they need help for their symptoms or injury, they will be asked questions about their main symptoms and will be told where and when to get help.
