Charity providing practical and emotional support to unpaid adult and young carers aged five and over across Oban, Lorn and the Isles, including rural and remote communities. Services include a learning and activities programme, regular support groups, respite opportunities, complementary therapies, and counselling. Support is tailored to individual needs and provided through local carer support workers and outreach services. See website for more information.
