North Devon Hospice

What

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions, and their loved ones and carers. It offers specialist palliative and end of life care, supporting people in their homes and at Deerpark as an inpatient or for day services. It has an outreach centre in Holsworthy. Services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, social and support groups, spiritual care and bereavement support. See website for full details.
