Charity working to improve the quality of life of young and adult carers. Services include one-to-one support, peer support groups, social activities, training and information sessions, and help with benefits, employment and education. A dedicated young carers team can also work with carers who are under 18 to provide practical and emotional support. Please see website for self-referral forms and more information.
