Diet and nutrition service offering information, advice and treatment to help people improve health and lifestyle, including those experiencing swallowing difficulties or weight loss following cancer treatment. Support can be accessed face to face, over the phone or by video call. To access this service you must be referred by your GP. See website for more details.
