Adults affected by cancer or long-term illness at any stage of diagnosis, as well as partners, family members and carers. Fees are paid by clients, with a limited number of reduced-fee appointments available for people experiencing financial hardship, including NHS staff and people receiving benefits. Referrals are also welcome from healthcare professionals, GP practices, charities, and other support organisations
