Op COURAGE, South East England – The Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Service

What

Service providing specialist mental health and wellbeing care for UK Armed Forces veterans, service leavers, and reservists. It provides support for transitioning to civilian life, mental health conditions, psychological trauma, substance misuse and addictions. It also liaises with charities for wider health and wellbeing support such as housing, relationships, finances and employment. See website for more information.

The south east of England, including Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and Oxfordshire

Who

UK Armed Forces veterans, service leavers, and reservists who live in England, have served for at least one full day and are registered with a GP in England. Support is also available for family members. Referrals can be made directly by yourself, a family member, a friend, or through a healthcare professional or charity
