OPAL charity – supporting older people in Leeds 16

What

Charity supporting people aged 60 and over. It offers emotional, social and practical support including weekly lunch clubs and other regular activities such as seated exercise, dance sessions, walking group and other social meet ups. Accessible transport is available for some OPAL activities, and one to one support is also offered. OPAL is based in and manages the Welcome In Community Centre which is also a community cafe open to all ages. See website and/or contact for more information and membership options.
