OutMoving Cancer – activity sessions at Healthy Living Centre, Chesterfield

Physical activity classes specially tailored for people living with or recovering from cancer. Suitable for all levels and abilities, sessions focus on moving safely, building confidence, and staying active in what aims to be a supportive environment with instructors in a small group setting. Classes are on Monday, 2.30pm, and cost £2.50 per person. Check with your GP, consultant, or Macmillan advisor before attending if unsure as to your suitability. First-time attendees need to register first by emailing or calling.
