OutMoving Cancer – activity sessions at Queen’s Park Sports Centre, Chesterfield

Physical activity classes tailored for people living with or recovering from cancer. Suitable for all levels and abilities, sessions focus on moving safely, building confidence, and staying active in a small group setting. Classes are on Fridays, 3pm, and cost £2.50 per person. Check with your GP, consultant, or Macmillan advisor before attending if unsure as to your suitability. Register before first attendance by emailing or calling.
