OutSwimming Cancer – free swim sessions at Healthy Living Centre

Free weekly swimming sessions supporting people living with or beyond cancer. These are held at Healthy Living Centre and are led by a swimming teacher who can give guidance and reassurance about how to exercise following changes to your body. Sessions are usually held on Thursdays, 7pm. You must book to attend either by calling or via their online form. Contact beforehand to check sessions are running.
