PeerTalk Support Group – South Shields, South Tyneside

Support group for adults aged 18 and over facing difficult times, depression and/or anxiety. Groups are free, facilitated by trained volunteers and open to anyone. No need to register in advance. The South Shields group runs in person on Tuesdays, 6:30pm to 8pm.
