Palliative care ward for adults living with life-limiting conditions. People are admitted under the care of an advanced clinical Practitioner who is supported by a consultant in palliative medicine The team works closely with the Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre which is an independent charity offering care for patients living with a life limiting illness and support for families and relatives.
