Support services for men in Scotland living with prostate cancer or disease. Prostate Scotland's free 7 week ‘Living well with Prostate Cancer’ course is run in partnership with Maggie's centres around Scotland and Ayrshire Cancer Support. It includes hearing from experts, meeting others in a similar situation, learning ways to manage your side-effects and getting tips to help you live well with prostate cancer. The charity also offer information leaflets, non-medical support by phone and email, and a men's healthy living and exercise programme. See website for more information.
