Children's charity for people who have a child with a life-threatening or life limiting condition. Family Support Workers offer emotional and practical support including entertaining children, maintaining school attendance, helping out at home, providing hospital support by organising appointments and more. The north east team covers Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Teesside, Redcar and Cleveland

Who

Families with a child aged 0 to 18 living with a life limiting condition. Anyone can refer provided consent has been given by the family concerned
