Rainbows – Hospice for children and young people

What

Children's hospice providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care for babies, children, and young people up to the age of 18-years-old with life-limiting conditions. Services include pain and symptom management, short breaks, therapies, Hospice at Home, and practical and emotional support for loved ones, including bereavement support.
