Neighbourhood hub run by Cornwall Hospice Care charity offering free advice, information and practical and emotional support to people living with a life limiting condition. The hub helps people stay as independent as possible, and live as well as possible, through workshops/group activities, physiotherapy and occupational therapy and one to one support.
