Charity helping people live well and age well and keep doing the things they want. Provides extra support such as around memory concerns and dementia, encourages activity and reduces loneliness and isolation. Hosts sessions and services including befriending services, adult day care, dementia support groups, at home services and hygiene and hearing services at various locations around Lancashire.
