Rowans Hospice

What

Hospice providing palliative and end-of-life care for people affected by life-limiting conditions, from diagnosis, through to bereavement. Treatment and care is provided within the specialist In-patient Unit, in peoples' own homes, at the Living Well Centre, and in dedicated community hubs. No referral is needed to visit the Living Well Centre or the drop-in session at community hubs, other services require referral. See website for more information.
