Centre offering holistic well-being services, including counselling, complementary therapies, spiritual development and workshops, with a focus on community outreach and supporting vulnerable individuals. Most therapies incur a cost, although people experiencing depression may be entitled to free services. Services are by appointment only and there are options for both in-person and online/phone counselling and therapies. Contact for more information.
