What

NHS service for people who have been treated for head and neck cancer. It offers support, advice and specialist rehabilitation including holistic needs assessment and care planning, exercises for shoulder and neck problems following treatment, help to increase independence, exercises for speech and swallowing problems and emotional support for patients and carers.
