Severn Hospice – Shrewsbury

Hospice offering specialist palliative and end of life care for people living with life-limiting conditions. People are cared for in their home and can stay at the Telford hospice as an inpatient or visit for day therapy. Services include pain and symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy, family and carer support, spiritual care and bereavement counselling.
