Shared Lives Havering

What

Scheme offering over 16s, with a social care and support need, the chance to receive care in the home of a registered Shared Lives carer. It helps people to develop or maintain independent living skills and friendships and live as a part of their local community. Arrangements can be short term or more long term, offering the opportunity for the person receiving support to live as part of the family. Emergency placements are also available.
