What

Care and support service helping adults build independence within the community, by pairing them with trained carers. It tailors Shared Lives placements to the individual carers based on shared interests and hobbies. People aged 16+ who are eligible for social care and need support due to cancer or other conditions that make independent living difficult, such as autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, or other impairments
