Charity providing free, impartial support to help people stay warm, safe, and well in their homes. The service offers advice on reducing energy bills, improving home energy efficiency, and accessing grants or schemes that may provide insulation, heating upgrades, or financial assistance. Support is available through a Freephone advice line, at community events, and through one-to-one appointments. The team also works alongside local organisations to ensure residents are receiving all the support they may be entitled to in order to live in a warm and affordable home.
