Southwark Young Carers

What

Support service providing help to young people aged 6 to 18 who care on an unpaid basis for a loved one. It works with schools, communities and agencies to identify young carers and offers short-term support such as signposting, one-to-one support, in school support and workshops. It also offers training and information to care professionals. See website for more information.
