Services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and equipment to help make life easier. You may be seen in person or remotely by phone or video call. Adults who are registered with a Bristol GP and living with a neurological impairment such as multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Parkinsons, stroke and spinal cord injury. If you have been seen by the service in the last two years you can contact directly about referring yourself.
