Specialist community neurology service offering rehabilitation, treatment, support and advice to people with a suspected or confirmed neurological condition including cancer. Services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and equipment to help make life easier. You may be seen in person or remotely, by phone or video call. Adults who are registered with a Bristol GP and living with a neurological impairment such as multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Parkinsons, stroke and spinal cord injury. Anyone seen by the service in the last two years can contact them directly, otherwise referral is by a healthcare professional involved in your care.
