St Clare Hospice

What

Hospice providing care and support to people living with life-limiting conditions or who are at end of life. Services can be accessed at the inpatient unit, hospice at home or in the community. It works in partnership with all health and social care professionals involved in a person's care, and offers a wide range of services, providing physical, emotional, social, psychological and bereavement/spiritual support, which can also be accessed by loved ones.
