St Mary’s Hospice Community Hub

What

Hub supporting people living with long-term and life-limiting conditions, as well as their loved ones and carers. It offers support to help people maintain independence, improve wellbeing and access the help they need. Linked to the Compassionate Community Service, support includes the Admiral Nurse Dementia Service, family and bereavement support, and wellbeing and community engagement services.
