St Mary’s Hospice Community Hub

What

A welcoming space designed to support individuals living with long-term and life-limiting conditions, and their loved ones and carers. The hub provides a supportive environment where people can focus on maintaining their independence, enhancing their well-being, and accessing the assistance they need. The hub offers resources and learning opportunities to empower individuals and strengthen community connections. It is also linked to the Compassionate Community Service, which brings together wider support services including the Admiral Nurse Dementia Service, Family and Bereavement support, and Wellbeing and Community Engagement services.
