St Peter & St James Hospice

What

Hospice supporting people with life-limiting conditions, and their loved ones and carers. It provides palliative and end-of-life care at home and in the hospice. Services include pain and symptom management, therapy, counselling, spiritual and bereavement support, and activities and support through the Living Well Centre, including for carers. Self-referrals and referrals from health or social care professionals are accepted. See the website for more information.
