St Raphael’s Hospice

Hospice for people living with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers palliative and end of life care in people's homes, on its ward or at its wellbeing centre. Services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy and spiritual care. It also gives counselling and bereavement support.
