Steps to Get Active – Better Health North Somerset

What

Council programme offering weekly group exercise sessions to people living with long term health conditions to increase their physical activity levels. North Somerset Council funds twelve free sessions and, after that, participants will be required to fund sessions. These will be kept as affordable as possible. Anyone living with and beyond cancer - self refer online or get referred by a health care professional
