StrongMen – bereaved adult men’s support

What

Charity offering emotional and mental health support to bereaved adult men. It provides telephone support, where applicants are paired with an experienced volunteer who has been through loss. Its service Extra Time offers up to 12 sessions of free counselling via video call/Zoom. It also organises weekend group retreats which give men a chance to meet others with shared experiences.
