StrongMen – bereaved adult men’s support

What

Charity offering emotional and mental health support and free short activity breaks to bereaved adult men. It provides peer-to-peer phone-based support, where applicants are paired with an experienced volunteer who has been through loss. Its service Extra Time offers up to 12 sessions of free counselling delivered online via video call/Zoom. It also organises weekend group retreats which give men a chance to meet others with shared experiences. See website for more information.
