Swan Transport

What

Transport service providing support to those on lower incomes who are older, frail or disabled in need of transport. Its volunteers use their own cars to transport clients. Journeys can be made to anywhere in the county including shopping, appointments, visiting loved ones, educational facilities or for a trip out. It asks for a donation per journey, please see website for more information.
