Charity offering emotional, practical and social support to people living with cancer, end stage organ failure and motor neurone disease. Volunteers visit people at home, in hospital or hospice and can assist with tasks such as shopping, library visits, changing bedding and paperwork. It also runs a number of support groups and provides access to free services, including an 8-week structured bereavement course for those experiencing grief. For more information, see website.
