Free men's mental health peer support group, facilitated by mental health professionals. Meeting in person on Wednesdays, 4pm to 5.30pm at The Old Cattle Market. It offers the chance to share experiences, hear evidence-based research, and gain possible practical solutions. The Sparkle Foundation also offers paid private counselling in person and online for those not in the area. See website for more information.
