Women's mental health support group, run by mental health professionals. Meeting in person every Wednesday, 1:30pm to 3pm. It offers the opportunity to share experiences with others, hear evidence-based research on mental health, and find practical solutions to challenges. It also offers paid private counselling in person and online for those not in the area. See website for more information.
