The Swallows Head and Neck Cancer Support Service and Helpline

Charity for people living with head and neck cancer, their loved ones and carers. It offers peer support, information, advice and signposting. Online meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month, as well as in-person meetings in locations around the UK. There are a range of Facebook groups and a text message service for people who have had a laryngectomy. See website for more information.
